"No show delivery even when sent email saying it had"

Expecting a delivery i get an email saying it's been delivered. No it hasn't.No calling card put through my door.(i can't go to the depot without one)I tried calling the depot to find out where my parcel was no reply. No help on the website either just redirects you back to where you started asking the question.

so i don't know whether my parcel is lost or the postman couldn't be bothered to deliver..
