"Special delivery"

I have a guaranteed special delivery which I am waiting for. It was supposed to come today but still hasn’t arrived. These are special forms which I am waiting for. I cannot get to Royal Mail to pick it up as I do not drive. I am 79 years old and this is getting very stressful for me..
